What to Send Us
The more complete your information, the better the response you will get. Please include:
- Job title and the name of the hiring organisation
- Location — town or city, and province
- Employment type — permanent, contract, temporary, part-time or learnership
- Key duties — what the person will actually be doing day to day
- Requirements — qualifications, experience, licences or certificates
- How to apply — an email address, an application link, or a reference number
- Closing date, if there is one
- Salary or stipend range, if you are able to publish it
A Note on Salary
Listings that include a salary range consistently attract more and better-matched applicants. Job seekers in South Africa spend real money on data and transport to apply, and many will skip an advert that gives no indication of pay. If you can publish a range, it is worth doing.
What We Will Not Publish
We turn down listings that could harm job seekers:
- Roles that ask applicants to pay any fee, for training, uniforms, registration or placement
- Adverts requesting banking details or ID numbers before an offer is made
- Commission-only positions presented as salaried employment
- Multi-level marketing or recruitment-chain schemes
- Listings we cannot verify against a real organisation
How to Submit a Vacancy
Email the details to revatechsoltions@za-worknow.com with the job title in the subject line. We will come back to you within two working days, and will ask if anything essential is missing.
Once published, your listing appears on our Jobs page and is structured so that it can be picked up by search engines, including Google’s job search results.
