WHO CAN APPLY?

At Training Force, we are dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and gain meaningful employment through our accredited learnership programs. Our learnerships are open to a wide range of candidates between the ages of 18 and 28 years. Whether you are abled or disabled, and whether you have completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12, we welcome your application.

We believe in inclusivity and aim to support candidates from diverse backgrounds who may be looking to start their careers or further their education and training. Our learnership programs are designed to equip you with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience, preparing you for the demands of the modern workforce.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The application process for our learnership programs is simple and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Invitation to Pre-Training Assessment Test:
   Once we receive your application, we will review your qualifications and background. If you meet the basic eligibility criteria, you will be invited to take a pre-training assessment test. This invitation will be sent to you via SMS, so please ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2. Assessment and Placement:
   The pre-training assessment test helps us gauge your current skills and understanding, which is essential in determining your placement. As soon as we have an available learnership that matches your qualifications and test results, and you meet the specific requirements of that learnership, we will place you accordingly. Our learnerships cover a variety of industries, and we aim to match candidates to programs that align with their career aspirations and potential.

• Application Submission:
  To apply for one of our learnership programs, you must fill in the official application form provided below. This form is essential for us to assess your eligibility and process your application effectively.
• Application Fees:
  N.B. We do not charge any fees for learnership applications. Any communication asking for payment to apply for our programs is not authorized by Training Force. Please be cautious and report any suspicious activity.

HOW TO APPLY:
