Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of client investment service and support.
- Process investment instructions accurately and within deadlines.
- Manage payments, billing, and investment administration tasks.
- Support reporting, valuations, and tax documentation.
- Handle client onboarding, FX transactions, and trade settlements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
Education:
- BCom degree or similar qualification in Investment Administration or related field.
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in investment administration or asset management.
- Proficiency in handling client orders, payments, risk reporting, and corporate actions.
- Understanding of trade capture, settlements, and investment systems.
- Exposure to transaction or client monitoring processes.
