Description

The above incubent will be responsible to clean and keep the neatness of the AVBOB office on a high standard.

The above incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the AVBOB to the highest possible standard. This includes regularly sweeping, mopping, and dusting all the floors, surfaces, and furniture within the office space. The incumbent will also be responsible for emptying all the waste bins, ensuring they are clean and free of any debris or litter.

Additionally, the incumbent will be tasked with replenishing supplies such toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in the restrooms as needed, and ensuring these facilities are kept in a pristine condition at all times. The incumbent will be expected to adhere to a strict cleaning schedule, ensuring that all areas of the office are thoroughly cleaned on a consistent basis.

This may involve the use of specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure that the office is not only clean but also well-maintained and presentable to both employees and visitors. The incumbent will also be responsible for reporting any issues or concerns regarding the condition of the office space to the relevant supervisors or management team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence will be for this role, as the incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment within the AVBOB office. The incumbent will be expected to work independently, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the office is always in a state of optimal cleanliness and organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Perform cleaning tasks and ensure high hygienic standards in the office
Vacuum, Sweep & mop office floor
Dust office furniture & flowers
Clean waste bins
Clean & wash hand basin,toilets & sinks
Check toilet paper & soap in toilets
Make tea & coffee
Wash dishes & dish cloths
Refill tea & coffee dispensers
Refill water in water cooler
Wash office windows.

Requirements

Minimum Grade 10
Cleaning experience will be a definite advantage
Ability to communicate in English will be a definite advantage
Good interpersonal skills
