Intercare Sandton Sub-Acute Hospital (Pty) Ltd situated in Johannesburg, seeks to recruit a Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary. The purpose of the position is to provide a proficient nursing service within the policies and procedures, governing legislation and good corporate governance in order to ensure satisfaction of customer needs, demands and preferences.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS
- To function as part of a team under supervision of a registered nurse.
- To maintain the comfort of the patient and do regular observations.
- To promote and maintain good communication skills with the multidisciplinary team and the patients’ family.
- To maintain patient confidentiality
- To maintain effective recordkeeping as required by Intercare policies / procedures.
- To adhere to infectious control policy and procedure.
- To use resources appropriately without wastages and abuse of equipment and consumables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Certificate as Enrolled Nursing Assistant
- Registration with SANC
- Previous experience within a Sub-Acute/Rehabilitation environment
- Minimum 2 Years nursing experience.
