Role description
Outreach Programme!!!

Identify service delivery issues in communities.
Conduct Household visits to identify service delivery issues.
Register service delivery issues on the free-of-charge USSD on their phones.
Promote the Contact Centre channels and other government services.
Collected data through Surveys.
Contact Centre:

Handle e-mails, calls, etc. and process case referrals on the system.
Provide government information to citizens.
Assist citizens to request government services.
Assist citizens to request to file complaints.

Role requirement
The Applicant must reside in West Rand.
Have passed Matric( Qualification will be an adventage) .
Interviews will conducted Telephonically for all successful candidates
