Job Description

purpose of this position is to support the Admin department with general, accurate and up to date filing of the branch. 

Requirements 

  • Matric 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Previous admin, filing experience 
  • Organised, accurate and professional
  • Hardworking 
  • Honest and reliable 
  • Clear criminal record 

Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to; 

  1. Perform general administrative/filling functions at the branch.
  2. Filing, scanning, faxing, typing of documents.
  3. Performing month end duties
  4. Attend to queries as directed by the Supervisor
  5. Relieving on Switchboard
