Short Description / Purpose of Job:

The purpose of the role is to provide a supporting service to the planning group at various business units. To execute the work management process activities and to do Planning administration work.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities:

  • Create work orders
  • Create job estimates (JCEs) and purchase requisitions (PRs)
  • Maintain user status on works orders and operations
  • Do time confirmations on work order operations
  • Validate data received for input.
  • Close works orders (TECO & business close)
  • Manage maintenance-related documentation (JCE’s, invoices, inspection reports, etc.)
  • The capture of equipment history.
  • Order material spares and follow up on delivery dates.
  • Liaise with different departments and customers.
  • Support Planner with planning and admin duties

Job requirements:

  • General office administration
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience in Operations Environment
  • Knowledge / Experience in the work management process
  • Experience in document management
  • SAP Plant Maintenance Module Experience
  • Good / accurate typing skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Maths (full), Science and English or equivalent (N3)
