Short Description / Purpose of Job:
The purpose of the role is to provide a supporting service to the planning group at various business units. To execute the work management process activities and to do Planning administration work.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities:
- Create work orders
- Create job estimates (JCEs) and purchase requisitions (PRs)
- Maintain user status on works orders and operations
- Do time confirmations on work order operations
- Validate data received for input.
- Close works orders (TECO & business close)
- Manage maintenance-related documentation (JCE’s, invoices, inspection reports, etc.)
- The capture of equipment history.
- Order material spares and follow up on delivery dates.
- Liaise with different departments and customers.
- Support Planner with planning and admin duties
Job requirements:
- General office administration
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience in Operations Environment
- Knowledge / Experience in the work management process
- Experience in document management
- SAP Plant Maintenance Module Experience
- Good / accurate typing skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Maths (full), Science and English or equivalent (N3)
