The Secretary provides administrative support to the management team in terms of travel arrangements, arrangement of meetings, and data processing. The secretary is always responsible for some financial administration, such as the processing of invoices and purchase orders, the creation of projects in the financial system, and following up on outstanding documents. The Secretary is the glue, holding the whole team together!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or relevant qualification
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Fully proficient in the MS Office suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
  • Integrity and professionalism

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Personal assistance to the Managing Director
• Provide general support to the division
• Financial admin support
• Coordinate and support internal training
