ADMIN CLERK: REGIONAL OPERATIONS – HEAD OFFICE (TWELVE MONTHS FIXED – TERM CONTRACT)

REF: 13/2022/68

SALARY: R 146 881.09 – R 220 321.64 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Organise meetings of the unit and/or the manager with other stakeholders.

 Taking meeting minutes and typing them as necessary.

 Type reports, memos and correspondence

 Arranging parking for meetings or whenever required.

 Screen incoming calls and reroute to the correct people.

 Attend to incoming queries and escalate to the appropriate staff member whenever necessary.

 Coordinate general administration of the office.

 Ensure letters of request drafted by managers and left in the outbox are posted,etc

REQUIREMENTS AND SELECTION CRITERIA

 3-year Secretarial Diploma or relevant NQF level 6 equivalent.

 3 years’ experience in related field.
