Minimum qualification and experience requirements
- Grade 12 / Matrix
- A minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience
- Sound command of the English language
- Basic customer service
- Additional language that is specific to the area
Deliverables include but are not limited to
- Provide a high daily level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the office, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and common areas.
- Develop routines to ensure that all areas of the office are maintained to a high level of cleanliness.
- Make sure that kitchens and bathrooms are clean and supplied with the necessary products at all times.
- Be available during all hours of operation to clean when necessary.
- Make sure the correct cleaning products and equipment are used for specific jobs.
- Make sure the wet floor sign is up and visible at both ends when cleaning the floor.
- Be courteous, professional and able to help customers.
- Perform functions in accordance with the Health and Safety Regulations.
