Site Clerk
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Effective communication skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships internal and external, on all levels.
- Must be able to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities include (but not limited to the following):
- Execute general administrative duties
- Managing procurement process, keep good track of orders.
- Diesel to be ordered on time and ensure correct quantities.
- Assist with daily diesel dips and reports – ensure information is correctly recorded before submitting reports
- Accurately keep record of load & hauling of material
- Time registers to be updated daily
- Timesheets to be certified correctly and on time for month end payroll
- Assist HR with staff queries and paperwork as requested.
- Maintain databases and filing systems up to date.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by manager.
- Train reports.
Be prepared to work after hours when needed. Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.
