Desired Experience & Qualification

General Office Administration:

Tasks: Assisting with day-to-day office operations, managing files and records, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Skills Gained: Organizational skills, attention to detail, time management.

Reception and Front Desk:

Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labelled.

Meeting Preparation:

Setting up meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.

Supply Management:

Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.

Communication Support:

Assisting with drafting emails, letters, and other forms of communication for internal and external use.

Data Entry:

Inputting data into spreadsheets or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Reception Duties:

Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general information.

Job Type & Contract Length:

Successful graduates will be expected to enter into a 12-month contract. Contract to be renewed upon successful completion of the 1 Year – Subject to employers’ discretion.
