Admin Assistant (Fixed Term)
Minimum Experience & Key Competencies Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- 2 years + experience as an Admin Assistant.
- Driver’s license (essential).
- Own car (advantage).
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience on CRM, SAGE 300 and On Key System (advantage).
- Be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
The person will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Create works orders.
- Create purchase orders.
- Capture and order diesel.
- Monitor diesel usage on a weekly basis.
- Assist with timesheets.
- Filling of all admin documentation.
- Ordering of office equipment as and when required.
- Ordering of PPE as and when required.
- Assist at the weighbridge.
- Draft minutes of meetings as and when required.
The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness. Candidates must preferably reside in the Balmoral area.
