The JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme (RFP) is designed to unlock opportunities for matriculated youth to entry level positions in retail. This two-week skills development course is composed of an online life skills course, in-person training and interviews, and one week of hands-on work experience in a retail environment. This work readiness programme gives youth the opportunity to become more employable.

Retail Sales Programme
Are you a match for retail sales?
If you’re friendly, outgoing and well-spoken with a passion for retail and customer service, the JumpStart Retail Sales Programme (RSP) could be a match for you. This is a highly energetic two-week training experience for customer-facing positions. Training incorporates life skills, sales theory and role play, as well as in-store work experience. Suitable candidates will be selected via an online survey and telephone screening.
