Students from TVET Colleges NECSA Intern. 24 Months WIL Programme

ADVERTISEMENT FOR WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING (WIL) PROGRAMME
(2024-27)


Necsa Group, through Necsa Learning Academy, is contributing toward skills development by offering a 24 months WIL Programme for qualifying students to gain skills, knowledge and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35, who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply.

Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following
fields of study:

  •  Electrical
  •  Instrumentation
  •  Fitter and Turner
  •  Mechanical Fitter
  •  Boilermaker
  •  Welder

Below is the references that should be used in your applications failing which your application will not be considered.

NB!!! The following table consists of the (WIL) Electrical, Instrumentation and Fitter and Turner with their Reference Numbers and the province in which you reside.

Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will not be considered and if it is found that this was the case after appointment, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Good interpersonal skills, professionalism and integrity, ability to work under pressure, and deadline-driven. Successful candidates must be analytical and have high attention to detail. Ambitious and willing to learn.
