Six-Month UIF-Funded Learnership:

A Transformative Opportunity for Professional Growth In today’s ever-evolving job market, it’s crucial for individuals to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge to stay competitive. The six-month UIF-Funded Learnership program offers a unique and invaluable opportunity for individuals seeking to invest in their professional development.

This learnership, funded by the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive and structured learning experience. The program combines theoretical instruction with practical, hands-on training, ensuring that learners acquire the necessary skills and competencies to excel in their chosen field.

The six-month duration of the learnership allows for in-depth exploration and mastery of the subject matter, providing participants with a well-rounded understanding of the industry. During this time, learners will have the chance to engage with experienced industry professionals, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices, and develop a robust network of colleagues and mentors.

Applications are open until 12 July 2024.

Candidates must be under 29 years old, have a Matric certificate.

Participants in the Learnership will receive a monthly stipend of R3,500.

It is important to note that completion of the program does not guarantee job placement.

The program is SETA-accredited and will consist of:

10 days of theory-only sessions.
Practical training in-store for the remaining duration, with the support of a dedicated in-store mentor.
Monitoring and verification procedures throughout the program.
Final assessment and moderation will be applied
