Job Summary:
As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to generate income and maximize profit through effective sales strategies, exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of the products you represent. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer personalized product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling transactions, and contributing to the overall profitability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Perform sales activities to generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and assist in closing sales.
- Proactively engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
- Promote and sell a wide range of products, ensuring that customers understand the features and benefits of each.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Consistently work toward meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor personal sales performance and develop strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Contribute to the company’s revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling products.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Merchandising and Product Presentation:
- Ensure that products are merchandised and displayed attractively to attract customers and stimulate sales.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards, ensuring that stock levels are managed efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with new product releases and product knowledge across all categories.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control, ensuring that products are always available for customers.

Minimum Requirements:
