Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth and Market Expansion

  • Maximise sales and develop the Emerging Markets customer base.
  • Provide input into the Emerging Markets growth strategy.
  • Coordinate the implementation of regional sales plans and pricing structures.
  • Manage and monitor fixed costs to ensure profitability.
  • Drive principal product sales and increase market share.

2. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, train, and develop route teams to achieve set targets.
  • Measure individual and team performance regularly.
  • Coach staff to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
  • Control overtime and ensure proper resource allocation.

3. Relationship Management and Communication

  • Maintain and grow key customer relationships in Emerging Markets.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments to support smooth operations.
  • Coordinate stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with company goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or related field).
  • Proven experience working with senior management.
  • Strong people management and leadership experience.
  • Fluent in Business English (written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate level).
  • Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to travel off-site and stay overnight when required.
