TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. To ensure that the offices are kept clean and tidy and that the refreshment areas are stocked with refreshments and crockery at all-time etc.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 10

One to two years’ experience as a cleaner

Ability to communicate in English, or another South African language

Duties and Responsibilities

Cleans all offices, training/meeting/boardrooms, kitchens and refreshment areas on a daily basis

Empties bins on a daily basis

Prepares tea/coffee for office staff or visitors

Maintains a constant supply of hot water by regularly replenishing the water in the urn

Reports all defects in cleaning equipment

Secures all cleaning equipment and materials

Skills and Competencies
